Episcopalians don’t usually set up Christmas trees until later in December, but the one in the Cloister Room is special!
Each paper angel decorating the tree represents a desired gift for one of the twelve children in the four families we have adopted for Christmas. On the angels you’ll find the name of the child, the gift, sizes if appropriate, and so forth. Please select an angel (or angels) and take it with you, purchase the gift for the child, and plan to bring back the gift/s and the angel/s to church by December 15. We’ll wrap them together, then they’ll be taken to the Salvation Army for delivery. We’ll also be purchasing Christmas dinner for each of the four families. Special envelopes will be available at the tree for those who prefer to make a monetary donation.
